Week 5 (05 April)

Finally...
The Last day of our class...so sad because cannot feel the atmosphere during the class, the joyfulness, the sleepy face and the laughter...huh....so sad...but we have the picture to keep so that we can see it in the future...remember...a picture is worth a thousand words, I like to take and collect picture...even it is good to see or bad...I don't care...

But for the last day our class...I'm having a good day with them all, with the member of Group 1, Group 2 and in my group also...it's all about the experience that we get by doing this business activity, but honestly, I don't know whether I can apply this in the future because the business that we do is not related to what we can became after we graduate...that's the business we do...what about the other business??? Well...for me, not the activity that I can apply in the future, the knowledge that I get...

So, as I already mentioned above...doing this business activity is all about getting experience...the happiness just a side occurrence for me...IT'S ALL ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE...but in the end the happiness will through us all...

Reflect on Learning - Business Activity Part IV

Week 4 (28 March - 01 April)

In this week...we decide not to sell our fruits anymore...so sad...we have to focus on our final report..but still there are so many fruits left...so, what we do with that??? We eat it...among our group member only

1 carton apple, 1 big watermelon and 1 rotten honeydew...throw away the spoiled honeydew and we distribute the apple...8 pieces each of us, then we cut the watermelon and eat it!!!Yeah...it's a very decent celebration by us...and in the dark, no lights but we still happy at that time.

What we do next is we do the interview session...each of us show our gratitude for doing this business activity...and for the next day, we and the group 2 take photo session at UUM Golf Course before they go out to celebrate at Changlun...it's been a good and nice day for me and the others too..but in the end the rain comes...
Last but not least...Keep the friendship between us...and stay happy!!!

Week 3 (21 March - 25 March)

For this week topic is....Keep your happiness all the time....

How to start???I'm start with a picture
Yeah...smiley...I don't know why I'm always in good mood in this semester...is this because I become more friendly? Or I'm getting close with my friends?Hmmm...but one thing for sure is...keeping your happiness all the time can make people around you feel comfortable when you around. I'm not saying that I'm insane but...yes...I'm having fun to do this business with my group member...I don't know what to do without them...no guidance...lost...

And this week also...I'm doing the progress report presentation...and it's seems that I'm going very fast because the slide show is simple, very straightfoward. So...nothing much can I say in here other than my happiness....

Reflect on Learning - Business Activity Part II

WEEK 2 (14 March - 18 March)

We continue selling fruits. But this time we decide to sell it at FTM only. Why?? Because we can attract more customer and our friends support us. We support them also by joining the Group 2 business activity, Linux Seminar.
In this week, our relation between each other become more close than before, we make joke, we laugh together. But sadly, only a few of us can do that, share the happiness together is fun. That is why, I'm always happy all the time. Thanks for my friend for keeping me happy for this semester.

I'm so glad that I have friend like them and I'm so happy to know them. But then we realize that though we are friend, we didn't work like what we expected so. We sell our fruits on Monday and Thursday that all of us have class all day, and on Tuesday that not so many student around. We didn't manage well our time maybe. So that's why this things happen. But we overcome this solution by letting whomever free. can come to the booth. And then the day saved again....

So, here I provide picture that I take on 19 March 2010, the day when Group 2 and our group collaborate in Linux Seminar.

Oh well...in this week we've been collaborate with them and so much fun joining the Linux Seminar.
So...what did I get??? Friendship....make friend is fun, but have to choose wisely because friends can drive us anywhere either to the good route and to the bad route. So, be careful with that...Last but not least...enjoy your happiness with them...share your laughter because sharing is caring...keep the happiness...so much to say, but better stop.

Reflect on Learning - Business Activity Part I

WEEK 1 (7 March – 11 March)
We start our selling week. Without any consent letter, we just do our business but at the same time have to be aware all time. Just in case. So, for our first ever selling fruits at FTM, FE and Library, we didn’t do well, because yes, is our first time to do business. So, a little bit shy to attract customer and afraid because sell the fruits without permit.
And then we got problem. So many problems. The watermelon not in a proper plastic (too big), the ice melting so fast (too hot maybe), library and FE is so far away from our main booth (at FTM) and too heavy to bring the box with full of fruits inside. Also there’s no stick to pick out the fruits. So, with that problem that we faced, we think solution for every problem. And then for the next day, we are able to reduce the problem.

What I learn?

Think fast
Honestly not me who decide and do all the things during this first week of selling fruits. But I learn something from them that we have to think fast for every problem that we face even we are under pressure (though we not stress to do this business). In other words, think positive, be optimistic and relax...

Teamwork
Other things that I learn is teamwork that we show...yes...this is one of the most important thing that any group should consider because without teamwork...anything we do not going well...we manage to work together even we come from different race and country, but we unite and we work together as a team.

WEEK 7 - Reflect on learning - Business Plan

Our lecture give us 1 week to finish this project and we manage to do 2 meeting only and I'm the one who need to present the proposal and I'm quite satisfy...

Me and my friends...
Before this we never do business plan before (though all of us never did) so this is new things for us...


How?
Arranged meeting, divide task, do research, do the task given, send to the email for final checking and send the final report to me for the presentation...it's been a hard day for me to do the presentation...and I got a good feedback also from my friends...yeah...


Yes, this would be my most valuable things I learned...why not teamwork? why not leadership? because for me its very typical...

WEEK 6 - Reflect on Learning - Business Ideas

What is the most valuable thing you learned in Project Business Ideas?

Think more

I never do business idea before, though all of us never did, so, I have to think more in
proposing and delivering idea.

Give a lot of idea is good, don't care whether been accepted or rejected by others.

If been accepted, have to think more and more to elaborate the idea and in the end you got a headache...but who knows that your idea is worthwhile after all.


Otherwise...you don't have to think a lot because your idea not needed or not suitable...

So, I think this will be the most valuable thing I learned...
